I Like To Watch

Again for “Party & Bullshit” at DPMHI, London, in October 2007, this was the largest painting on show. I don’t get bored, if I go to a club alone, as I very much like to watch people, how they interact and how they move and dance. By squatting closer to floor level, you get to appreciate the whole scene, but from an interesting perspective; where you can see all that people don’t see when they’re talking face-to-face, only focused on the artifices used in conversation and seduction, while the parts of the body which are not in direct view fidget nervously…
